Homecoming week is finally coming to an end.  Students had a blast dressing up for the different themes of homecoming week.

Homecoming week ended with our amazing parade at the end of 7th period presenting all the kings, queens, princesses and princes of every club to represent them.

All the contestants came a long way and worked very hard for the crown.

The 2014-2015 Homecoming king and queen were  Shandon Coleman and Samantha Miller.

“It’s an honor to be Cross Creek’s 2014-2015 homecoming queen,” said  Samantha.

Makenzie Clark won first runner up and Kyhza Townes won second runner up.

Despite the festivities, homecoming week was marred by the tragic death of junior Nicholas Dunn.

The Razorbacks also lost the homecoming game against Greenbrier, 34-24.

“Even though we lost this game, I know our team will beat other schools because our team has improved over the summer,” said junior  Kayla Shull.
