We all know that one person … the complainer

We all complain and we all know a complainer. The one that sits in the back of the class and whine about every little assignment or the co-worker that is always in your ear saying how much they would rather be home. I don’t like complaining but it’s inevitable. However, there is a point where a person should know whether they are complaining or whining.

I would rather slice off my ears than to hear someone constantly whine about something. Complaining is not always bad but to a certain extent. There is a point where a person needs to know when to shut up and move on. Life is not fair and there will be times when a person feels as though all odds are against them, I get it! Life is not easy and there are hardships that come along with it so complaining is bound to happen.

It’s easy to do and hard not to, but the worst thing a person can do is sit around complaining and do nothing to change the situation. It is also bad for people to complain about things they cannot change.  I also believe complaining can affect a person greatly. It affects whether or not people want to be around you and it also affects your self esteem and whole mood.

The more someone complains, the more they are focusing on the negatives. Focusing on the negatives is bound to “kill your vibe”. I would be lying if I said I never complained because, as I once previous said, it is inevitable, but I try my hardest not to. I believe everyone should try to at least stay positive, but I believe there will be times when people need to complain to let their frustration outs. To be clear complaining is human just don’t be known for being a complainer and PLEASE, leave the whining for the infants.
